The FLCC Rules and Handicap Committee members are:

Those three folks, with Drew Falvey (PGA Professional) and Keith Armstrong (Chairman, FLCC Golf Committee) serving in an advisory role, are the folks that all members can communicate with regarding USGA Rules of Golf, USGA Rules of Handicapping, FLCC Local Rules, rules interpretations, and other associated questions or suggestions.
